1. Booking Confirmation & Vehicle Allocation

Reservations requested via WhatsApp, website form, or telephone are confirmed promptly by our operations dispatch team. We confirm the booked vehicle model, pickup timing, and fare. Assigned driver contact details and car registration numbers are communicated prior to your scheduled journey.

2. Transparent Pricing, Tolls & Allowances

We pride ourselves on transparent, honest rates with zero hidden charges:

• Base Fares: Quoted rates include vehicle rental, verified commercial chauffeur, and fuel expenses.
• Tolls & Parking: Highway toll booths (FASTag) and airport or temple parking slot fees are paid on actuals as per government receipts, or included in all-inclusive custom package quotes as specified in advance.
• Driver Allowance (Bata): For outstation and multi-day packages, driver daily allowance covers meals and overnight accommodation (₹300/day for Sedan, ₹400/day for MPV 7-Seater, ₹500/day for Innova Crysta). Night driving allowances apply between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Mangalore Airport Transfers (IXE)

For Mangalore International Airport pickups and drops, we track incoming flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, our driver adjusts arrival times accordingly so you are not stranded and are not billed unreasonable waiting penalties for flight delays.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We offer free cancellation and flexible rescheduling on local and airport bookings when informed at least 4 hours prior to pickup time. For outstation multi-day tours, we appreciate notice at least 24 hours in advance to optimize vehicle scheduling.

5. Passenger Conduct & Safety

To maintain our clean, family-friendly standard:

• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles are maintained in sanitized, pristine condition; passengers are kindly requested to preserve cleanliness.
• Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. If an item is inadvertently left in a car, notify us immediately and we will coordinate its safe return with the driver.
